➤ Consulted as lead for HR, Benefits, and Payroll functionality as well as implemented, upgraded, and migrated multiple National Account Services clients with over 5,000 employees to a full suite of HCM SaaS solutions.
➤ Drove HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing and provided consulting services for Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Self Service, Reporting, and Analytics.
➤ Managed multiple clients simultaneously to assist them in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource function through leading-edge systems and processes.
