• Organising wine tasting events with Hotel and Restaurants Managers both existing and new business prospects.
• Advising the company buyers on selection of new wines to introduce in our portfolio. Main Achievements within Role: -Successfully driving wine strategy with local, independent restaurants from different background: Gastropub, Italian Fine Dining and fine restaurants.
-Implement new and desirable key lines in the restaurants, help to grow sales internal and external, such wine trend of the year. (Malbec, Rioja, Sauvignon from New Zealand).
