My financial modeling skills were also put to use, which allowed me to accurately forecast financial outcomes, evaluate investment opportunities, and make informed business decisions.

Hence, the rewards here are an asset for the users that can be redeemed in order to enter Fan Engagement Activities like Meet and Greet, Match Tickets, Fan Wall Appearance, Merchandise and more, or the users can monetize the rewards by auctioning them on the platform itself! - At NeoFanTasy I took a mixed role of a Product Manager and A Project Manager. In the beginning I was responsible for conducting market research to find the best suitable product for the users. - After the development of the product I looked after the partnership for NeoFanTasy where we got engaged with multiple brands like SwissFootball, Bundesliga, Hype Sports, Women's Cricket League, RSWS, Gujarat Giants Kho Kho, AS Monaco, etc. - We launched our app as a private beta and registered a user base of 1200+ in just a week with CAC as low as 60 INR. - With our Zero budget marketing we grew our impression on social media in millions. Social Media Reach in 3 months (Organic) Accounts Reached - 2 million (+250,618%) Accounts Engaged - 216 K (+209,868) - At NeoFanTasy we were part of multiple prestigious events, and accelerator programs - BITS Conquest (Top 15 from 2000 Startups), IIT Bombay Eureka, NASSCOM, StartupIndia Aakriti '23 (Top 25 from 30,000 startups) , EO Gujarat, TechStars Web3 etc - I am also responsible for securing funding at NeoFanTasy where I worked on the pitch deck, Finacial Models, Market Research, Marketing, and Business Development strategies. - We closed our angel round with IVY Growth Associates in the month of March in 2022. The amount was used for further product development and team development.

My communication skills helped me build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including management teams, vendors, and clients, enabling me to ensure that the organization's operations ran seamlessly. - I was actively involved in developing and implementing operational strategies, as well as social media and digital marketing strategies, to drive the growth of the organization. From 9k followers to 30K in 9 months. My expertise in this area helped the organization achieve its strategic goals and reach out to a wider audience. - As a leader I supervised, hired, and trained a team of 20 interns to execute high-quality sports events worth $20,000 that met the expectations of all stakeholders. Through my active pursuit of strategic and operational objectives, I helped to drive the organization's growth and success. - In addition to this, I also oversaw the Accounts Department managing an account of $45,000. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables departments, ensuring the financial health of the organization. - Furthermore, I took the lead in securing funding and we closed a PreSeries round of $100,000. - After the funding, I took a different role as a product manager where I designed the product from the scratch after getting feedback from our previous product to try and find the PMF.
