May. 2023 - Jul. 2023During user testing I discovered coding defects and unclear user instructions that hindered Ecodrive’s success by making it more difficult for shoppers to participate in Ecodrive’s program. I synthesized the results of my research into an analysis of how Ecodrive was implementing their three core values of simplicity, tangibility, and transparency. Presenting to the stakeholder, clear areas of success, discrepancy, and places for actionable improvement. -Audited end-to-end current state of product with Ecodrive’s partners and found 6 opportunities for improvement.
-Ran a series of 6 interviews and moderated usability tests that led to genuine feedback about how users perceive and interact with Ecodrive's platform.
-Facilitated research that allowed for honest, candid feedback where participants opened up to talk about taboo subjects like shame.
-Collaborated on a survey of 37 participants to gain insights into users' charitable donation habits; discovering that there is a belief in and care for the environment but that limited monetary action is being taken.
