Crucial contributions to mitigate supply chain cost risks related to legacy of contracts and supplier capacities to meet demand. Leading multinational and multifunctional teams of 20 FTEs, located in Switzerland, Spain, and Norway with these responsibilities: • Procurement and supply Chain: SCM, planning, sourcing, contract management, negotiations, monitoring, supply chain risk management, forecasting. • E2E order to cash sales execution: Advanced order management, supplier call-offs, production planning, invoicing, shipping, pre- and post-processing of digital assets. • Production QA: Secure devices such as smartcards and packaged secure chips to worldwide PayTV & IOT partners, meeting lead time and quality requests. Internal and external support of design and industrialization of products. • Product Database Management: Support to all Product Units regarding product industrialization and transversal processes in our ERP system (Dynamics), quality and consistency of the Product Catalog Database in our ERP and CRM systems. Feb. 2013 - Aug. 2018Conax group included approximately 220 employees globally and with a 670M NOK turnover when acquired from Telenor by Nagra. My role was to lead the Logistics team of 10 FTEs that includes Sourcing and Planning Managers, Order Managers and Logistics Consultants. Within Conax I had the pleasure to assemble and develop this multinational and multifunctional team of 10 FTEs. Some of the achievements during this period: • Highest score across Telenor group related to employee engagement surveys (EES). • Reached the objectives of the team being autonomous, scalable to workload, flexible to adapt to new tasks and self-driven to ensure continuity of all responsibilities. • Compliance to ISO9001 and 27001 certifications, including implementation of supporting structures and processes. • Restructuring and insourcing of Conditional Access Modules (CAM's) business resulting in significant revenue and bottom-line boost.
