I also manage the temporary needs for the company including maintaining temporary agency relationships, interviewing, acting as a liaison between the managers, temporary workers and agencies. Schedule, coordinate, and participate in new hire orientation including scheduling conference room reservations, hosting WebEx sessions for remote employees, and assisting new employees with new hire paperwork and their on-boarding process. I also complete Applicant Flow spreadsheet for EEO, VETS-100, and VETS-100A reports. I respond to facility and telephony work orders, process security ID cards and ensure facility upkeep. I process travel invoices, train users in travel policy/procedures, troubleshoot travel problems and work with our travel agency as needed I administer the service award program & records retention program, HRIS (SAP) administration, maintain/create step by step guides on our department processes and participate on the companyโs Holiday Party, Events & Activities, and Corporate Community Involvement Committees. General administration support includes filing, photocopies, Fed Ex, orders supplies, and mail distribution for the HR Director and Sr. Benefits Analyst. Assist the Sr. Payroll Administrator with Vacation Request and employment verification processing. Provide backup support to executives including Vice Presidents, Directors, and Executive Administrative Assistant as needed.
