As Community Manager I built the global user community from the ground up to over 2,000 users. User experience (UX) is now the key differentiator in the modern business landscape, my role as CXO, working alongside the Founder and CEO, is to bring a new holistic experience, steering user-focused design and development, to become an intrinsic part of the company's strategy and culture and oversee the organization's future SaaS Platform design, new feature developments.
