Result: individualized predictive outcomes more accurate the a RCI. 2015- Lead program developer for the UK version of MyOutcomes. Result: awarded NHS innovation award 2016- Lead program developer and spokesperson for the On Track Program for Successful Implementation. Result: by 2019 reduced SaaS churn, keeping more than 80% of clients for 3 or more years. 2018- Lead Program development- Partner with ICCE to develop an accredited, 12 hr online psychotherapy training program. Result: successful cross selling and lead generation campaign provides scalable training to thousands 2019- Project manager- practitioner and client facing app releases on App Store and Google Play with in app purchase. Result: reduce single user on boarding and account management costs. 2021- Project manager- Update app interface to translate into 8 languages, Publish Telehealth support tools. Result: Drastically improve remote administration process to simplify mental health support during social distancing and lock downs.
