- Graphic Design – using Canva software, came up with unique advertisements for promotions and other signage around the salon
- Profitability Management – using millennium software, pulled yearly reports to show growth and revenue, as well as product cost. Consulted the owner on product charge percentages for staff, goal for labor costs, budget for color and other salon necessities. Set goals for future. - Career Coaching – Pulled retention and sales trends for each stylist and met with them individually to discuss growth. Coached many stylists on how they can be more profitable for not only the salon, but themselves. Help stylists set quarterly goals for retention, new clients, and sales. -- Customer Service Management – ensured every client had a great experience from the front end of the salon (booking, checking in, purchasing product) and handled any mishaps that may have occurred on the backend (during service). This was vital in maintaining client retention.
