• Supports Human Resources to ensure timely communication of events, announcements, and processes/procedures
• Responds to employee requests and concerns to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction
• Works with Human Resources department on special projects as required, supporting the achievement of company and department goals
• Produces reports (i.e., special, financial, recruiting) for department or management use, as requested
• Maintaining distribution lists for creating and distributing documents
• Complete employment verification forms
• Balance the role of company advocate and employee advocate
• Provide and assist in recruitment activities
• Perform standard and ad hoc reporting for HR and management
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining organized and accurate personnel files.
