• Industry liaison: solely represented API at multiple conferences, events and workshops, building consensus and increasing the number of committee volunteers
• Member company satisfaction: developed a wide range of benefits and retention strategies
• IT Management: as a product owner, defined requirements and oversaw development of internal databases and API online portal to support programs’ business flow. • Marketing: ran successful programs’ expansion into foreign markets, including Middle East, China and Southeast Asia. Additional responsibilities include: Projecting budget, monitoring program revenue and expenses throughout the year. Developing new self-supporting certification programs, utilizing CBT, paper-based and online testing. Managing vendors, including developing RFPs, bid evaluation, contract preparation and performance monitoring.
