I began the project in early June, 2015 and launched an alpha version of the platform by August 15, 2015 and a beta version by September 15 of the same year.
• Through the Beta release, the development team was comprised of myself, a part-time, remot contract PHP programmer and two designers. In December of 2015 I negotiated with a firm in Argentina to provide additional resources for the surveycount.com project.
• Managed the hosting environment at AWS which consisted of two web server running Ubuntu, a load balancer, a test server and an RDS MySQL instance.
• Responsible for reviewing and interviewing prospective developer candidates for hire; maintained the local area network and determined requirements for other proposed ventures.
• DII Labs was a business unit of Development II, and was their business incubator that focused on bringing new products to market fast and efficiently. In late March of 2015, Development II closed its doors.
