Nov. 2021 - Jun. 2023Berlin, Deutschland- Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define the organisation’s long-term mission and goals; and identify ways to support this mission through talent management.
- Values and Culture: Help maintain the core values and ensure that all decisions, programs, and processes are aligned with the culture and core beliefs; and focus on developing a diverse, emotionally intelligent and inclusive performance culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with leadership to recruit top talents that aligns with workforce plans and objectives; and design employment branding initiatives that increase brand awareness.
- Capability and Workforce Planning: Understand and anticipate hiring and development needs against the capabilities needed to deliver business objectives; prepare updated workforce plans and forecasts that support overall business goals.
- Performance Management: Identify key performance indicators for the organisation’s human resource and talent management functions; and execute company-wide performance management programs that help drive continuous, transparent feedback across the organisation.
- Rewards and benefits: Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
- Leadership Effectiveness & Development: Drive leadership development and effectiveness, ensure executive alignment and drive performance aligned with business strategy.
- Learning and Development: Build scalable learning and organisational development programs that aid in growing the team’s capabilities and drive employee retention.
- Team Building: Lead and grow a People team that executes effectively against goals.
- Budgeting: Draft and implement the organisation’s staffing budget, and the budget for the People department.
- Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, payroll, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
