Belinda Hawkins is a seasoned graphic designer with a diverse background. With 28 years industry experience she holds a Cert 4 in Fashion Design and an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. Belinda's career began at Colorado Group, where she designed patterns and finishes for clothing. Later, at Crest Electronics, she crafted intricate packaging for FMCG in the audio-visual sector. Her journey continued at the award-winning design agency RedSuit in Brisbane, where she managed a team of 10 designers and 6 account managers. Belinda played a crucial role in overseeing workflow and deliverables for national clients, including Griffith University. With a passion for creative solutions, Belinda has always kept the doors of Visual Instinct open to brands aligning with her personal interests. More recently, she's been contributing her expertise in communication strategies and holistic creative design to support local businesses in Far North Queensland at Adllins Media.
