Averaged 5 completed tickets a day. Desktop Support. Asset Management. Receiving computers and equipment. Decommissioning computers and equipment. Peripheral management (Keyboards, mice, cords, cables, and adapters). Imaging/reimaging computers. Remote Support using SCCM. Troubleshooting any and all IT issues in a building of 150+ employees. Configuring software and OS for group/security policies. Updating or upgrading systems as needed depending on age and/or condition. Office 365 Troubleshooting. Active Directory Administration/Management. Using Service Now and vFire for ticket management. Network Troubleshooting (Resolving access issues involving Firewalled and Non-Firewalled IP Addresses in the building). Project Manager: IT Office Cleanup. I cleaned up old equipment, computer scrap, and office furniture from the IT Office. It was a 2-month-long project where I filled multiple gaylord boxes of junk and made the office easier to navigate.
