Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data for yearly review. In charge in Salary, Benefits, and Medical Benchmarking activities. Perform on policy review to ensure the benefit package at market average and stay attractive. Some of the policies reviewed such as Pre-Maternity, Car Park Facilities, Mobile Allowance for all grouping, and Medical Outpatient/Inpatient benefits table and limit. Responsible on salary and group medical budgeting preparation. Perform research on employee satisfaction for instance to get the feedback on medical benefits especially. Managing and preparing bonus and salary increment for all employees. Once Board approved with the matrix, preparing the physical SI and bonus letter for all branches. Working closely with Pacific Trustee Berhad for share scheme calculation and management for high level position benefits. Responsible on approving medical outpatient claims request and gatekeeper for inpatient claim checker/approver before release to service provider for further process. Managed to reduce medical utilization for 2019-2020 to 63% which at below 80% at Q3. First successes for company track record (normal utilisation 80-90% as at Q3).
