-Responsible for overseeing and directing strategy for all programs touching DockerCon, resulting in an average attendee Net Promoter Score of 42, and highly rated content programs -Partnered with ecosystem vendors, partners and communities to create and define an industry event platform for mutual success through event sponsorship programs, community co-announcements and ancillary event programs -Owned and managed annual forecasting, budgets, vendors, contractors and staffing for events. -Managed staff of 150+ employees, production staff and other contractors -Defined, built and owned a unique brand for DockerCon which became synonymous with Docker and it’s community -Helped define programs, events and engagement for Docker Open Source community which laid the foundation for Docker’s community of over 2 million developers -Created programs and process within DockerCon to enable sales organization; directly resulting in increased deal sizes by 86%, accelerated pipeline and closing 40% of open pipeline -Created programs to support and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the greater Docker community including Docker Pals, Women@ DockerCon summit, and Molly Docks community program
