- Building from scratch a new department in the company - Searching for new customers (“door opening”), and potential business opportunities (business development)
- Negotiations with customers and wholesalers/distributors
- Sales strategy and pricing policy creation. - Creating marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Building a sales network.
- Acquiring and maintaining good relationship with customers – oil/gas, water/sewage treatment, the energy, flow control, chemicals and renewable energy sector.
- Cooperation with subcontractors (KSB/Amri, +GF+, Sferaco, Simona).
- Technical advising, and designing water/sewage systems, industry plants.
- Sales Management.
- Offers creation and supervise the execution of contracts.
- Monitoring of payments.
- Monitoring the market and competitors.
- Reporting to the Board.
