Mar. 2011 - Dec. 2012Montigny de le Bretonneux• The update, in coordination with the Project Manager, the Project minimum performance objectives to achieve in order to satisfy the Client contractual requirements, and, moreover, the definition of the efforts planned to satisfy even, the, so called, “indirect” indicators, such as, the “Customer Feedbacks” tools internal evaluation, and the Key Performance Indicators, (KPI), definition and finalization, upon approval of the Project Manager. • The management, and the day-by-day activities coordination of the Quality Engineers, and /or QA/QC Supervisors, may involved in the on – shore Yard, or off – shore operations. • The update of the already existent, or, the preparation, and issue, of dedicated Project Quality (Control) Plan(s), and the review / approval of the ones of the Vendors / Subcontractors involved, in on/off shore operations, or for equipments / machinery to be produced, among Sub-Contractor’s facilities. • The definition of the Project Internal and External Quality Audit Schedule; the Audits execution, or coordination, and the follow up of the respective CAR’s / NCR’s
• The finalization of the project quality ¨start-up¨ set of documentation, to be issued, and delivered to the Client, as per the requirements indicated in the bid and pre-qualification questionnaires and tools
• The definition and indication of the main Vendor’s and Subcontractor’s criticality, and successive inspection plan(s) to be executed, during the following project activities, as per Criticality Assessment Tools, and the ¨Golden Rules & Silver Guidelines¨ approach scheme.
