The target group of Brander Business Magazine are conscious, developing leaders who want to draw strength and learn from others' stories, open to novelties that serve their advancement (marketing, online, business communication). The first issue of Brander business magazine was published in 2021 in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, addressed exclusively to entrepreneurs' mailboxes. When compiling the sections, my primary consideration was to provide relevant content not only for the decision-maker but also for their colleagues who contribute to their work and success. I was the primary content creator, as being a marketing specialist and a decision-maker in the business world, I know exactly what owners and leaders are going through. What challenges they face and what skills are needed to overcome obstacles and create an ideal work-life balance. I believe that the members of the company are catalysts in the development of their own system. The magazine assists in promoting these processes, while the readers get to know the most successful entrepreneurs in the region and how they became successful. What's even more important - How they can also become one! The Brander magazine offers insight into how to manage daily processes, how to effectively manage our time, our profit, our expertise. The mindset, appearance, bold communication and marketing of Brander are completely unconventional in the domestic advertising market! The secret of success was relevant content, unique design, humility and commitment, complemented by a strong marketing strategy (social media campaigns, bus advertising, mini-series on Youtube, targeted distribution) - and what is most important, there is an excellent and well-coordinated TEAM in the background.
