My responsibilities: # Roadmap and Timeline Oversight: Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps and timelines to ensure projects adhered to schedules and milestones were achieved. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align expectations and adjust plans as necessary. # SCRUM Facilitation: Lead cross-team SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Leveraged my expertise to optimize the effectiveness of these meetings, ensuring they provided clear value and fostered team alignment. # Initiative Breakdown and Story Mapping: Assisted teams in decomposing complex initiatives into actionable, bite-sized objectives through story mapping and related techniques. This approach facilitated clear goal-setting and efficient task management. # Sprint Monitoring and Management: Monitor sprint progress, proactively identifying and addressing issues to keep projects on track. Ensuring that team members were aligned with sprint goals and adjusted priorities as needed. # Backlog Management: Propose and prioritize new backlog items to ensure alignment with project goals and team capacity. Working with the product owner and other stakeholders to refine and update backlog items. Key Achievements: - The 100 days migration project of Piggy extension to Klarna which involved leading collaboration with 20+ teams, hundreds of builds tested, together with other 3 PMs. - the 1 year as Delivery Lead for the Klarna Browser extension: https://www.klarna.com/us/browser-extension, which involved 2 major redesigns (upgrade to Manifest V3 & 1 on the UX extension makeover) for 4 countries and 1.4 million users and FR country expansion. Along the way I have implemented gradually a weekly release train that increased massively the quality of the application.
