Screening and Evaluation: Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles. This involves evaluating technical skills, domain knowledge, experience with relevant technologies, and cultural fit for Capgemini.
Coordination and Communication: Facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for all parties involved.
Candidate Experience: Focusing on providing a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers at Capgemini to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet hiring goals.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the recruitment process.
