o Manage multiple local, national, and international projects to help partners accomplish their objectives.
o Motivate teams to work together to navigate the complexities of project dynamics.
o Assisted in the management of a $27 million building program by coordinating with different departments and contractors o Member of the lead team for a second campus acquisition - $7,500,000 project
Team Leadership, Development, and Mentorship
o Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to build high-performing teams and leaders.
o Supervised volunteer leadership and one assistant. Mentored interns that worked in the department. Developed and budget oversight of $350,000 annually.
Projects
o Led feasibility team to acquire leased warehouse space to store equipment.
o Led project for University of Tennessee students from three different campus organizations to go to Puerto Rico to help with hurricane Maria rebuild efforts. $115,000 project.
o Led project to rebuild a mobile disaster relief shower unit - $32,000 project.
o Led project to build playground for a local partner for the community - $48,000 project.
o Led numerous projects to assist our local, national and international partners to meet their strategic goals and objectives - $150,000 in projects each year on average.
