Jan. 2011 - May. 2013Genting Club Manchester- Identify trends in marketing campaigns used by our competitors, as well finding new methods to market our facilities before our competitors try them.
- Manage all online activity including our website and booking system for casino, restaurant, bar and private hire facilities.
- Liaise with the design company to create and order all internal and external Point of Sale including posters, flyers, tickets, sales brochures, Christmas materials, adverts, radio campaigns etc.
- Develop internal events calendar including dinner shows, tribute acts, ladies nights, comedy nights etc.
- Handle and oversee all incoming booking inquiries for restaurant, bar and private hire.
- Communicate all offers, campaigns and events to staff throughout the business to ensure they are knowledgeable and able to sell where necessary.
- Outreach and networking activity to local business to drive sales.
- Manage member data and DRS loyalty card campaigns via i-kiosks.
- Manage all sms and eflyer campaigns with the intent of maximising member visits, improving visit frequency and encouraging the return of lapsed members.
- Assess local advertising opportunities, and construct written articles, adverts and press releases for magazines, newspapers and radio.
- Maximise press opportunities and build/maintain excellent relationships with key Press, PR and celebrities in the city.
- Manage Marketing budget and report monthly to GM and Regional Marketing Manager.
- Host/Manage events.
- Relaunch venue after $250k refurbishment
- Assist with relaunch and openings of new venues in North West of UK
