Issue non-compliance notices and halt projects if necessary to mitigate risks. • Compile weekly reporting on general project compliance advice to the Executive Committee (EXCO). • Chair weekly Steering Committee (STEERCO) compliance sessions with team Anchors to address compliance issues and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Develop and implement continuous improvement processes, best practices, and training initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders, including MD, CEO, HR and Operations Director. • Lead the Vendor Risk Management portfolio, including the development and implementation of Vendor Risk mitigation strategies within a Tier 1 Bank, conducting workshops and training sessions with Client stakeholders. • Serve as Programme Manager for subsidiary company PlasmaMind, overseeing in-house IP development and maintenance. • Successfully develop and deploy fully integrated document vault and time booking systems during the COVID-19 pandemic. • Create business cases and project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource planning, to ensure project completion within set deadlines and budgets. • Facilitate weekly stakeholder communication to discuss project progress, budget status, and remediation of project roadblocks, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
