Heavily involved with the sales team to help build our product to meet the client need. Also involved with the user market to ensure our product meets the market need. Coordinate marketing initiatives for Claims Resources product. Identify areas of growth for renewals, propose, plan and coordinate efforts for Account Managers and Editorial Assistants to facilitate the initiatives of the department. Utilize resources including the internet, publishing system and other targeted resources to develop solutions for current and new Claims Resource customers. Provide creative thinking, analysis and constructive feedback on general business operations of the product. Provide marketing, research and product development and regularly propose overall product enhancements. Track competitive offerings and market related trends and recommend related product changes and sales and marketing initiatives to combat competitive/market pressures. Work with Marketing department on needed marketing initiatives. Additionally responsible for growth and continued development of A.M. Best's Credit Rating mobile app providing marketing, data analysis and product enhancement. Responsible for Best's Credit Rating Reports product to oversee extensive product updates and provide extension of marketing program.
