My responsibilities included overseeing data analysis and managing the data team, ensuring the success of regional pilot projects for GM's concessionaires. I established robust data collection processes, created advanced dashboards, and automated various processes to improve efficiency. A significant achievement was the integration of data from Google, Facebook, and GM's marketing team, which allowed for comprehensive tracking across the conversion funnel. Additionally, I managed the data for Kimberly brands' digital initiatives, enhancing ROI and CPL, and played an active role in identifying new business opportunities by leveraging data insights in collaboration with GM's marketing team.
