I was collaborating closely with the EMEA and WW Public Sector teams to ensure the shaping of the strategy, the landing of core priorities and specific public sector solutions. My goal was to ensure a solid sales execution resulting in long-term, predictable revenue growth. I work with the CEE Services Sales Directors and their Sales Teams on sales capabilities, including skills development, readiness, account targeting, coverage models, joint account planning with EPG PS (licensing), opportunity management, sales blueprint and rhythm of the business.
