Jan. 2021 - Mar. 2022Led the Workplace of the Future transformation program, which set out to take advantage of the opportunity presented by the pandemic to reimagine the future workplace and embrace new ways of working across technology, real estate, and culture. This resulted in equipping 40k employees with best-in-class equipment and a more fit-for-purpose workspace that advances collaboration, both in and out of the office. I was responsible for creating the company's vision, strategy, and execution plan for how State Street will operate in the future across end-user technology, real estate planning and design, and culture in a hybrid world.
