This resulted in equipping 40k employees with best-in-class equipment and a more fit-for-purpose workspace that advances collaboration, both in and out of the office. I was responsible for creating the company's vision, strategy, and execution plan for how State Street will operate in the future across end-user technology, real estate planning and design, and culture in a hybrid world.
