Manage communication with over 5 international factory partners, including engineering, quality assurance, product design and manufacturing departments, ensuring production was on time and met cost and quality standards. Continuous reporting and communication to CEO of current factory status and potential new partner factory opportunities. Establish production and quality control process, which kept executive committee informed of current state and factories on schedule, all of which was documented in a reoccurring report. Create brand and go to market strategy, established executive support for the plan, and executed through managed agency personnel assets. Manage contracts and contract negotiations for retail customers, factory partners, logistics, and marketing agencies, ensuring contracts aligned with budgetary, production, quality and timing commitments.
