Measuring and monitoring product performance and creating clear directly measurable KPIs shown in basic dashboards. - Working with the delivery team to ensure that the scope of the idea is well understood, and that the product increments are built in accordance with the original requirements. - Ensuring a clear communication with key stakeholders at the correct level before, during and after the product development process to manage expectations making sure requirements are clearly understood and meet business needs.
