By utilizing Salesforce.com, I delivered detailed and updated reports on our team's activities to ensure transparency and accountability. With dynamic leadership skills, I successfully built and nurtured a cohesive team, providing comprehensive training to new staff members and coaching employees on various aspects, including compensation, benefits, wage, staffing, workforce planning, performance management, products, and skill assessment. A significant accomplishment was establishing the patient care department from the ground up. This involved performing a wide range of HR-related duties, such as recruiting top talent, facilitating seamless onboarding processes, delivering training and mentoring programs, providing ongoing coaching and support, and managing employee relations.
