I was responsible for monitoring my teams in a systemic way, facilitating the entire quarterly strategic planning process through the co-facilitation of OKRs processes (along with the Product Team), portfolio management (SAFe), hypotheses and experiments-oriented flow, connection between up and downstream flows, constant monitoring and analysis of efficiency metrics (I've successfully implemented those metrics for my teams after two months working at SumUp), team building (along with Engineering Managers), maintenance of a psychological safety environment with 1:1s and different teams Health Check techniques, management 3.0 practices, cross functional teams trainings about Agility Principles, creation of an anti-fragile self managed environment within my squads, among other cross-connected initiatives from SumUp's Agility Chapter. I've been able to be at SumUp's HQ in Berlin for three times between 2021 and 2022. During one of those visits I've participated in an important Strategic Agility training among with SumUp's core leadership covering topics such as leadership archetypes, agility at scale and agile culture building / maintenance.

If needed I do not hesitate to remove any kind of impediments or to solve conflicts that may be harming the teams. During this period I constantly act as a Scrum Master and I've also successfully worked as a Product Owner for a short time. In VAGAS.com we use many Atlassian solutions: JIRA, Bitbucket and Confluence. As I've an extensive background in software development, the Corporate Systems team granted me an administrative profile in JIRA. Because of that I can configure and customize many aspects of the teams Kanban boards or Scrum Environments and even improve the development workflow processes.
