All my squads weren't co-located and therefore all ceremonies were driven in English as the main language. I was responsible for monitoring my teams in a systemic way, facilitating the entire quarterly strategic planning process through the co-facilitation of OKRs processes (along with the Product Team), portfolio management (SAFe), hypotheses and experiments-oriented flow, connection between up and downstream flows, constant monitoring and analysis of efficiency metrics (I've successfully implemented those metrics for my teams after two months working at SumUp), team building (along with Engineering Managers), maintenance of a psychological safety environment with 1:1s and different teams Health Check techniques, management 3.0 practices, cross functional teams trainings about Agility Principles, creation of an anti-fragile self managed environment within my squads, among other cross-connected initiatives from SumUp's Agility Chapter. I've been able to be at SumUp's HQ in Berlin for three times between 2021 and 2022. During one of those visits I've participated in an important Strategic Agility training among with SumUp's core leadership covering topics such as leadership archetypes, agility at scale and agile culture building / maintenance.

Since I started working as an Agile Coach I've successfully improved many team's performances and motivation levels by helping them out with all kind of Agile best practices that we together found worth trying. Some examples of Agile frameworks and it's practices we use in a day-to-day basis are: TDD and pair programming from XP, waste elimination from Lean, better estimation and efective retrospectives/daily meetings from Scrum, better visibility using visible Kanban boards and so on. As an Agile Coach I'm always empowering the team so we can together find a way to build a motivated and productive environment. If needed I do not hesitate to remove any kind of impediments or to solve conflicts that may be harming the teams. During this period I constantly act as a Scrum Master and I've also successfully worked as a Product Owner for a short time. In VAGAS.com we use many Atlassian solutions: JIRA, Bitbucket and Confluence. As I've an extensive background in software development, the Corporate Systems team granted me an administrative profile in JIRA. Because of that I can configure and customize many aspects of the teams Kanban boards or Scrum Environments and even improve the development workflow processes. They are very well known in Brazil for having (and also trained) professionals that are references in Agile Methodologies and Software Development. While working in Alura / Caelum I've obtained two of their most valuable certifications: Agile Software Project Management with Scrum and the Complete Agile Formation. My experience there was an amazing school where I could work in a fully Agile environment. Although my official role was software developer I frequently worked as a Scrum Master and even as an Agile Coach with other departments such as: administrative, comercial, customer services and also with external consultancy clients. As a consultant I was responsible for a project with a strategic partner which is a big player in the brazilian IT market: Locaweb. During that time I've worked with the SDLC and many activities related to Agile Project Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis and of course a JAVA developer. It was a big challenge to manage stakeholder's expectations and deliver a high quality software within the shortest time possible. A key strategy was to focus in an effective communication and understand the clients and stakeholders needs so we could constantly deliver value in every sprint.
