Environmental Engineer, PhD in Soils and Plant Nutrition from the Federal University of Viçosa. Currently a researcher in Global Climate Change at Embrapa Vegetables. Productivity Fellow in Technological Development and Innovative Extension, level C, from CNPq. He has worked on several lines of research related to mitigation, resilience, and adaptation to climate change and sustainable development, as well as rural sanitation, soil science, and impact assessment of developed technologies. He recently joined the Space Farming Brazil network, which proposes to involve the country in space agriculture projects. He has experience in the development of technological assets. Currently, he is mainly dedicated to work at the interface of Geographic Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, and Command Chaining, aiming to establish climate scenarios using CMIP6 models with the goal of generating climate risk and vulnerability maps for vegetables. He is also involved in the development, implementation, and execution of public policies related to the environment, sustainable development, and the climate emergency. He was president of the Vegetable Portfolio Management Committee and a member of Embrapa's Climate Change Portfolio Management Committee. He is currently a member of the Resilient and Sustainable Agricultural Systems Portfolio and the company's Permanent Committee on Space Agriculture. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Research and Development Directorate for the Embrapa-FGV Carbon Alliance and CCarbon/USP. He was president of Embrapa Vegetables' Local Environmental Management Committee and is currently Executive Secretary of the Local Sustainability Committee. He is also a member of Embrapa's SDG Network Management Committee and Focal Point for the SDG Networks and GEOINFO Network at Embrapa Vegetables. Externally, he also participates in activities as a member of the Rural Sanitation Thematic Chamber and the Management Committee of the ABC+ Plan of the Federal District,
