• Manage the entire product line life cycle from event launch, pricing, product supply, to tactical activities including advertising, GWPs and product extensions.
• Develop market requirements for current and future products including packaging, distribution, regulatory adherence and sku management.
• Research and analyse market competitors, consumer demand and product trends.
• Drive product development through innovation, engineering & consumer research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives, senior management, industry associations, suppliers and customers

• Train, develop and mentor junior staff.
