I worked closely with in-house and client business owners, product managers, solution architects, engineers and developers to create systems that were delivered to meet end-user needs. Used industry-standard design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Conducted user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gain insights into user behaviours.
Iteratively refined designs based on user feedback to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Worked closely with developers to ensure design implementation followed user experience best practices and specifications.
Developed design systems and style guides for consistent design across multiple products.
Advocated for user-centred design, educating team members and the company on the importance of user experience.
