Focused on deploying digital-strategy and change-transformation programs, and building high-performing teams to drive new revenue streams. ► Launched 30+ business units and created digital, innovation, and growth strategy, as well as delivered new hardware and software solutions to 100-plus countries. -Built, trained & managed cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the healthcare, safety, and environmental sectors. ► Developed four incubation and accelerator programs for companies, and ran seven cohorts, resulting in 30% becoming new business units and 25% new product lines. ►Built innovation teams and entrepreneurs in residence, and coached them through delivery from incubation to go-to-market of hardware & Software-as-a-Service. -Delivered team succession planning and organizational structure for new business units to the boards of operating companies. ►Worked with sector CEOs, remuneration, and talent teams to develop Halma’s Digital Business Execution Model. -Successfully rolled out to multiple business units, which improved profitability and created market traction. ► Created integrations of upcoming technologies and emerging business models into products and business units with revenue projection of £80M. ► Developed and implemented digital business and product KPIs with operating companies to drive correct behavior and risk assessment of business units. ► Led due diligence for M&A: -Operations and product due diligence for FirePro, acquired for €150M in 2023. -Operations due diligence for divestiture of Accudynamics to strategic acquisition. ► Served in the following board advisory roles: -Keeler: Advising on digital transformation strategy and GTM of SaaS product.

Accudynamics was part of Halma's Medical Sector consisting of 11 companies in ophthalmic surgery, ophthalmic diagnostic instrumentation, vital signs monitoring instruments and components and instruments used to manage fluids. Halma, PLC is a member of the FTSE 100, listed on the London Stock Exchange. ► Developed new prototyping service business unit accounting for 15% of revenue and 25% of profits in one year, while assuming P&L responsibility. ► Managed a cross-functional team of mechanical, prototype engineers and CNC machinists. Doubled the size of the team in 2 years to keep up with the customer demand. ► Led manufacturing modernization by integrating new technologies and robotics, improving GM by 50%-plus on product line with 100% capital project investment win rate (approximately $2M in three years). ► Developed new costing and pricing model, resulting in reconfiguration of product portfolio, reducing parts by 30% while improving profit position. ► Implemented Scrum after adapting it to the manufacturing environment, reducing lead times for prototypes from 14 to three weeks and on-time delivery from 10% to 90%. ► Developed recurring revenue for manufacturing business model to improve ROCE by 47% and increase customer retention.
