TRIFR reduction to Zero within 18 months. *Implemented positive changes within contract to drive efficiency and improve operational costs, which were then adapted for the larger Morris business. *Developed proposal for “Hard FM” services after contract commencement to define detailed scope, outline technical maintenance team and support staff.
