Managed a team of four direct reports servicing over 1000 employees. Administered compensation and benefits analysis resulting in a reduction of hours worked by employees, increased work life balance and a substantial reduction in personnel expense. Worked with large budgets and saved the company $60k within one year. Analyzed, planned and presented job market data to hiring managers. Trained and developed hiring teams and managers. Led and directed a forward thinking team, which led our team to win a company wide Human Resources Exceptional Achievement Award in 2010 (top 1% of all global teams). Effectively managed the campus recruitment program through work with various student groups, faculty members and career centre staff. Hired for all business lines including; accounting, entry-level, administrative/clerical, insurance, customer service, operations, account executive/manager and mechanical. Partenered with CGA of BC and Ontario as one of the first members of the Preferred Employer program. Developed and created partnerships and affiliations to maximize all referral sources. Sold the brand and Enterprise career opportunities to career centres and job candidates alike. Adept at overcoming objections and selling against competition to hire and retain top talent. Chosen to pilot new applicant tracking system in partnership with our St. Louis, MO team and appointed to the first Enterprise social media ambassador team to promote careers through social platforms.
