Revitalized communications between headquarters down to company levels using effective graphic design and visual messaging. Created and maintained the VDF logo and created brand standards for the organization. Brand used across all platforms - uniform patches, guidons, flags, and other visuals. Over 50 forms were developed, designed, and created as interactive PDF fillable files, accessible on the website. Implemented a secure VPN system to enable external users to access the network, enhancing remote connectivity for the organization. Upgraded workstations to laptops, streamlining operations and enabling internal staff to work remotely. Maintained internal and remote network; managing server, document repository, backup system, and gateways for security and potential heightened threats. Utilized WordPress for the VDF website that includes libraries of regulations and forms to evolve the VDF from paper trails to digital files, thus decreasing the processing time of actions. Created an internal network for 7 users and established a secure VPN for outside users. AWARDS & ACHIEVEMENTS
