The team provided transport facilities for Athletes, FIFA, Match Officials, Games Family members etc in Manchester, and was responsible for managing, planning, scheduling, dispatching and maintaining a fleet of 22 cars (55 drivers). We planned and provided end to end transport facilities during the olympic games in Manchester for a period of 6 weeks.

I learned to work on Ms Access and SAGE. I now consider myself to be a SAGE expert after this experience.

I handled SAP SD-CIN, MM (occassionally) and FM (briefly) modules, and provided various improvements as well as support in these modules. I also provided support in other modules such as PP, FI, CO and BASIS. I also managed the SAP helpdesk on MsExcel/Outlook and SAP Solution Manager. I provided the client with many business process improvements in their Supply Chain, Sales and Dispatch processes as well. I was also a part of the team which implemented MRP and CIN. I also provided the client with many new reports which I created using Query and Quickviewer.

I was also involved in integrating SAP SD with other modules, testing and support (after Go-Live). I was additionally trained in SAP Solution Manager, Solution Composer, LSMW and Workflow.
