Apr. 2022Norfolk, Virginia, United StatesSenior Program Analyst develops, communicates, evaluates, summarizes, and prepares reports on risks and operational assessments as authoritative US Navy enterprise’s assurance directorate on matters of Risk Identification, Communication, and Accountability in Human Resources, Manning, and Financial Assessments.
Provides expert advice and consultation on matters of assessments and auditing, quality management systems (QMSs), and risk control systems (RCSs) across the full range of Naval activities, and provides communications to internal and external customers and chains of command. Expert federal financial, accounting, budget business processes regulations to include OMB Circulars, Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA), and Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA).
Inspects, interviews, assesses, audits, and investigates program methods to evaluate policy compliance to all applicable appropriated funding / staffing laws, regulations, and authoritative guidance.
Develops and implements comprehensive collection management plans, assessment strategies, tools and techniques to evaluate, summarize, and prepare reports on risks and operational weaknesses.
Evaluates impacts of new policies and procedures to determine the effectiveness in meeting goals and objectives while monitoring follow through efforts to ensure change management is effective and achieving desired results.
Develops an integrated schedule of assessments, audits, and inspections of SMSs and RCSs across the full range of Echelon II-IV activities, and provides communications to internal and external customers.
Coordinates effective and efficient assimilation of inter-departmental assessments, audits, and inspections scheduling.
Lead Auditor certified to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
Certified OSHA Volunteer Protection Program (VPP).
