Jan. 2021Iaşi, RomaniaAIVision is a video analysis platform based on AI that uses inputs from security cameras, usb cameras and video files. It can identify over several hundred classes of objects including fire, weapons, violence , LPR, OCR, with the possibility of anonymization blurring people and vehicles in live streams or videos. The platform is based on an AI Framework and Proprietary encrypted client-server and P2P Communication Protocol. Multiple processing devices can be added to the platform, starting with IoT devices up to virtual processing servers, and on these are added the video streams that want to be processed with the different neural networks available in the platform. Also in the platform a Labels Management module is implemented which is available for the customers' account. It is connected with all the video streams added on the clients' processing devices. With this module, new classes of objects can be created or detection can be improved on existing classes. If customers already have an existing dataset, they can use it for labelling privately without uploading the images to the AI Vision cloud. The platform also offers training services of new classes that can be used to identify errors/defects in production flows. Using the Telco infrastructure, the processing and communication application is installed over the edge-compute infrastructure. Thus, the users have a centralized management using the web platform but private and encrypted for the processing machines and for the video streams. The advantages worth mentioning are that the security companies and those who offer electronic security guard receive the alarms extremely quickly at the dispatcher,less than 40ms. Outdoor advertising companies can measure the audience in real time. The platform also helps municipalities identify traffic congestion in real time.
