My role evolved to support the owner's administrative tasks due to his demanding schedule as a physical therapist. This progression led to my ascent into management and human resources roles, where I was instrumental in delineating functions and creating new positions, for which I also managed the hiring process. I developed job descriptions and training manuals for these roles and personally oversaw the training of new employees. Additionally, I contributed to establishing key performance metrics to gauge both the company's success and the efficacy of individual job roles. Following the company's acquisition by myself and select staff members, I assumed the position of Executive Director.
