The strategic review included reviewing the brand platform (mission, vision & values), its market positioning, corporate identity, together with developing appropriate messaging and value propositions. Achievements include: - Successfully collaborating with 22 individual MDs, their management teams and respective brand ambassadors from each business to ensure everybody felt part of the new brand journey. - Launching EDF Energy in the UK, with many of the strategic and creative features were later incorporated into the wider EDF Group rebrand a couple of years later. - Managing a total project budget of £9 million, but saving over 35% at the implementation phase.
