I built the business from the ground up, driving strategic partnerships, distribution, and market execution while positioning the platform as an affordable gateway to premium Hollywood content. Key Achievements: • Built and launched the Indonesia business from scratch, including market entry strategy, go-to-market execution, and operational setup. • Forged high-impact B2B2C distribution partnerships with Telkomsel, Telkom, XL, FirstMedia/Linknet, Migo, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchinson, Smartfren, MNC Play, and MNC Vision+. • Designed API-based commercial and product integrations enabling seamless bundling and deep ecosystem penetration. • Led growth-hacking initiatives focused on strategic alliances, joint-business planning, and innovative pricing models to increase subscriber adoption. • Delivered cost-efficient market positioning to accelerate penetration, making premium content highly accessible to Indonesian consumers. This role showcased my ability to scale digital platforms, build complex partnership ecosystems, and execute in a fast-moving, startup-driven environment.
