• Resource and Talent Management of the Operations Spend Team
• Design, document and implement control procedures for operational processes and continually look to improve these processes • Stock Management
• Prioritize with Technology department which changes or fixes raised by auditors or team members should be implemented • Service to Partners, Contact Centre and Members • Management of Data Capturers, Spend Query Resolution Team, Spend Desk and In-house Processing teams, as well as supporting and guiding the Admin team. • Representative for all relevant projects (Operations Teams) • Work closely with Supplier managers when on-boarding new Suppliers and building relationship with existing Suppliers and Partners • Testing any functionality changes on eBucks website and any other Tools relating to the eBucks shop and Operations • Work closely with the finance team on all Spend Operations, any function that affects finance (eBucks Shop orders, Creditors supplying products and Couriers fulfilling orders) • Work closely with Marketing on products selection for campaigns • Product selection and Shop with us banner management • Managing and signing off on Re-dispatches, Claims or Operational losses • Supplier Relationship Manager as well as looking after Operations and on-boarding of new suppliers • Manage product selection, campaigns, Stock and Spend Enhancements and Swats logged on Jira (priority meeting with Technology – prioritize Jira’s) and all Spend related projects • Managing a cost centre and responsible for budgeting and all financials Achievements:
• Played a vital role in getting the shopping basket system up and running in the eBucks Shop, launching Discounts, on boarding key voucher Suppliers and maintaining the Relationships • Contributing to the success of the spend team and the eBucks business as it is today • Running a cost efficient area and high performance team
