• Managing the HR data and technology portfolio, while continuing to scale the organization through insights, self-service, improved employee experience and company-wide analytics and processes.
• Collaborate across the Human Resource function and with leadership to understand the business case for development requests. Evaluate current processes, system functionality, and implement solutions that achieve process improvements and efficiencies.
• Design, implement, optimize, and manage People processes, workflows, Integrations, and systems. Automate processes and provide scalable solutions for growth.
• Lead the change management program of the digital transformation journey management through the identification and mitigation of potential risks.
• Provide ongoing analytics to senior leadership that assess service delivery, program effectiveness and alignment with business objectives and results.
• Establish and maintain relationships with critical partner groups (HR COEs, Payroll, Finance, Technology, Customers, Vendors, etc.) to understand their needs, ensure alignment on objectives, and ensure ongoing buy-in across all partner groups and harmonization of all HR systems and program activities.
• Manage multiple teams focusing at implementation, support, change management, training etc. build the required set of skills and support their career growth plan.
• Lead key HR strategic projects including acquisition integrations, technology deployment and other network wide initiatives.
