My role encompasses the following: Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Asia Pacific region, aligning with the Silent Eight's overall business objectives and revenue targets. Drive revenue growth by effectively managing a multimillion dollar sales budget and overseeing a high-performing sales team across multiple countries in the region. Identify and capitalise on market opportunities, ensuring the successful penetration and expansion of the company's AI technology solutions in the Asia Pacific market. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimise customer lifetime value. Lead and mentor a team of sales directors, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their sales capabilities and exceed performance targets. Implement robust sales processes and metrics, leveraging data analytics and sales automation tools to improve efficiency, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI SaaS space, continuously adapting the sales strategy to maintain a competitive edge. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings, showcasing the company's value proposition and thought leadership in the AI and Regtech SaaS space.
