Under his leadership, Scalefast's marketing team seamlessly integrated into the combined ESW organization, making the company competitive in a market dominated by public companies enjoying ten times the budget. After the first year, Dan and his team increased MQL volume by 10x while reducing the cost per lead by 2/3. He has also mechanized custom content throughput by building and enabling internal and external creative teams to deliver an editorial calendar focused on defined ICPs and products. Scalefast's marketing team delivered more than 380 unique written and video content across earned, paid, and owned channels in one year. This high-performing content machine has provided a foundation of buyer and sales enablement signals to inform and promote lead acquisition and deal velocity.
